This Privacy Policy explains how Ennoia collects, uses, and shares information when you use Match Board at ennoiafund.com. Ennoia is not a government site. Applying for programs we surface is free on the funder's page.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone if you opt in to SMS, and billing details if you buy Pipeline or Desk. Profile data: the answers you give about who you are, where you are, what you do, and what the money is for. Usage data: searches, saved matches, and how you use ranking and deadline tools. SMS data: your number and opt-in status if you join the account notification list.

How we use it

We use this information to rank programs against stated criteria, to show why a match fired, to track deadlines you save, to bill paid plans, and to send SMS account notifications you opted into. We do not sell your information. Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you check the box and submit, you agree to recurring automated account notification texts from Ennoia Fund. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or call (888) 903-9232 or email support@ennoiafund.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Ennoia uses profile and SMS data only to rank programs and send the alerts you opted into. We do not sell that data. Applying is free. Ennoia is not a government site.

Sharing

We share data with vendors who host the site, send email or SMS, and process payments, only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not file applications on your behalf, so funders do not receive your profile from us unless you apply on their site yourself.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and profile data while your account is open, then for a limited period as required for billing and legal records. Email support@ennoiafund.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of SMS (you can also reply STOP).
