Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ennoia and Match Board at ennoiafund.com. Ennoia is a grant matching and tracking service. It is not a government site. It does not file applications, decide eligibility, or award money. Applying for every program it surfaces is free elsewhere.

The service

You tell Ennoia who you are. It searches federal, state, and private programs and ranks them by how well your answers meet stated criteria. A match is not an approval, a qualification decision, or a promise of an award. Long shots are labeled long shots. Closed programs are labeled closed. Every match links to the official page where you apply.

Accounts and plans

Free includes one search, your profile, your top three matches, and why each one matched. Pipeline is $100 a month or $1,000 a year. Desk is $150 a month or $1,500 a year. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Cancel from your account or by emailing support@ennoiafund.com. Refunds are handled case by case for unused time in the current period. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

SMS account notifications

If you opt in, Ennoia may send recurring automated account notification text messages about programs you fit, reopenings, and approaching deadlines. Reply HELP for help or call (888) 903-9232 or email support@ennoiafund.com. Reply STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, for verifying self-reported answers before you apply, and for every application you file on a funder's site. Do not use Ennoia to impersonate someone else or to scrape program data for resale.

Disclaimers

Ennoia does not guarantee an award, ranking accuracy, or that a listed program remains open. Rankings can change when a funder updates criteria. The service is provided as available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ennoia is not liable for missed deadlines, denied applications, or awards you do not receive. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
